Purchases

I bought the unlock but the app still shows it locked

Open any locked screen and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought with. The unlock follows your store account, so it also works after reinstalling or on a new phone.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds go through the store you bought from. On iPhone, use Apple's "Report a Problem" page. On Android, request it from your Google Play order history. We can't issue refunds directly because we never see your payment.

Your projects

Where are my circuits saved?

On your phone, in the app's private storage. Nothing goes to a server. That also means deleting the app deletes your projects, so export the ones you care about first.

How do I back up or move a project?

With the unlock, export a project as a file or a PDF from the share button and save it wherever you like. Import the file on another phone to keep working. Shared links open in the free web tools at tlamatini.io.

Using the app

Does it need an internet connection?

No. Everything runs on your phone. You only need a connection to buy or restore the unlock.

Can it connect to a real PLC?

No. Tlamatini PLC is a simulator and trainer. It runs an Allen-Bradley-style scan so you can build, test and troubleshoot logic safely, but it doesn't download to or read from hardware.

• your phone model and iOS or Android version,
• the app version (shown in the store listing or your phone's app settings),
• what you did, what you expected and what happened instead,
• a screenshot or the exported project, if the problem is in a circuit.
